This program is designed to help you

  • develop a better understanding of your drinking including any risks (e.g., your health) it could pose,
  • consider whether you might want to change your drinking, and
  • understand the ways you could change if you decide to.

To do this, we have developed 3 sections of this program

2. Getting feedback.
3. Deciding whether or not to change.
